The Nose Commitment
Make a firm commitment to breathe through your nose exclusively. Remember: the nose is for breathing; the mouth is for eating and drinking.
Stick With It
Your results might vary from day to day, but if you stay at it, the results will come regardless of where you are starting from.
Precautionary Note
If you have lung, heart or kidney disease, please use the Maximum Pause with caution. Consult your doctor before pushing breath holds if you have any serious medical conditions.
Safety First
Do not force or strain during the pauses. If you feel distressed or unusually strained, stop the exercise immediately and return to normal breathing.
